Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Creative Graphix Byte LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Creative Graphix Byte LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and website development. The scope of services will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. Project-based work follows a milestone payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website designs, content). Creative Graphix Byte LLC retains rights to proprietary processes, templates, and tools used in service delivery.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the engagement. We do not share client data, strategies, or results with competitors or third parties.
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual contracts are subject to the cancellation terms specified in the service agreement. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Creative Graphix Byte LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction agreed upon between both parties.
